Return policy & complaint handling
Do you want to return a product, or do you have a complaint about our service? Then we think it is important to hear from you. You can reach our customer service via e-mail or regular mail. In order to provide you with the best possible service, it is important that you always state your order number. We aim to resolve all complaints within 14 days to your satisfaction.
NETHERLANDS: All products are delivered between 2 - 3 working days.
INTERNATIONAL: 7 to 10 working days

Are you not satisfied with the product you have received? Then fill in our handy attached return form. If you return your product undamaged and in its original UNOPENED packing box - within 14 days, you will always receive your money back. Do not forget to include the completed return form or send us an email with: Name and order number Name and bank details to which the amount must be credited. * If you have paid via IDeal, we will also refund you the amount due via the relevant service. If you only return part of a part, you indicate the number and type number of the items you want to return. Pack the package carefully, and send it along with the invoice or copy invoice to the address below.
